License
The theme’s own code is yours to use on client and commercial projects under the terms in LICENSE.md. What it bundles is a separate question, and each item below answers it.
Font
Inter Tight is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and is bundled with the theme, so no request leaves the reader’s browser at runtime.

Photography
The demo photography ships for preview only. Replace it before launch, or buy the licenses yourself — a template license does not carry the stock license with it.

Video
The two background films are demo assets under the same terms as the photography. Swap the files in /public/videos and the markup needs no change.

Animation
GSAP is used for the scroll and reveal work and Lenis for smooth scrolling. Both ship under their own licenses; check GSAP’s terms if you resell what you build.
